I took in my 2026 Rocky Ridge 2500 for first service. I asked about the recommended maintenance for the lift kit, assembly and added shocks and they knew nothing about it. They said they had someone that knew something about it before I left the truck with them. About 2 hours later they said it was ready. I asked them what they did for this and they said the mechanic took care of it. Asked what they did and basically he said what needed to be done. Still not sure what was done. We went to the dealership to look at a used car as a third vehicle. While heading down the lot to look at it with Josh, a nmew Cherokee Laredo caught out eye. We loved the color, body style and accessories! Josh encouraged us to look at the vehicle and take a test drive. Needless to say, we traded in our older Cherokee and drove home in the car we loved! The process was quick, easy to proceed through financing, and out the door in a very timely manner. Thanks Josh and Gabriel!!

They were prompt and caring. They kept me up on everything they were doing. They got me out quickly which was a plus for me.
I was there for almost 2 hours for a oil change for an appointment and people that got there after me was gone and done way before mine was done.
All needed services were provided in a timely manner. Also, the necessary oil change a tire rotation were completely as required. Thanks!

I paid $550.00 labor cost for a repair and it didn't fix the problem I feel like you need to refund my money since it didn't fix the problem.

He was very patient with me calling to check on my car all the time. I'm really glad they were able to fix it and not charge me extra for some of the labor.
No clear communication on how long it will take to fix a vehicle. Left two different times with check engine light on when it never even was before I took it in for warranty work. Scared to take it back and just make things worse.

DON’T RECOMMEND! Attempted to get a few things fixed and only had 2 out of the 4 things fixed even though I was told I would be getting it all done. Now I’m being asked to bring it back in to get a new quote? Ridiculous that they would mislead a customer and expect them to come back and spend more money.
PO455 keeps coming back up on my Buick I keep bringing back to get fixed..it keeps coming back up..I'm sick and going thru a lot with my health already I have spent $2,000.. trying to fix ..now I have to bring it again for the same check engine po455 again on Thursday and I'm starting to think either it is not getting fixed right or I got sold a lemon ...Levi was no help at all now I'm dealing with Alfred
