1 star. Drove 80+ miles to Patriot CDJR McAlester on 10/3/26 for their advertised 2006 Ford F-150 XLT (Stock# PMCJ563B, $1,950). $2,654 after the dealer documentation fee. Despite caling twice in the morning and being told it was ready. The truck would not start or run. When I pointed this out, instead of an apology they tried to switch me into a different truck worth maybe a thousand that was full of mildew and fast-food trash, and needed 4wd service, for the same money. It took a while toget Jeep to make and ship the part but when they did the dealer wasted no time installing it
They showed me several trucks. They were patient and I didn't feel rushed . Steven and Wade worked with me on a fair deal. They were great.
Charged for vehicle diagnostic $200+ dollars and was just replacing power window switch. Then did repair that had nothing to do with the diagnostic even when told them what we needed done.Stated it was mandatory. Rip off to raise the bill..did it myself part was less than $20 and took 5 minutes

The people I dealt with were very bad mannered and tried to get a down payment before I caught the outrageous interest rate they tried to sneak in. Also before I got to test drive or got any information on the vehicle. It was a very sad experience in every way. Do not recommend . Very dishonest and ugly buisness

Was hoodwinked by the salesman, Josh Southerland, Finance Gabriel Cunningham and Sales Manager Roy Jenkins. Have called 12 times. NOBODY will take our calls, or return our calls. Reported the fraudulent business tactics to BBB, our attorneys and the state Attorney General's office. My only complaint is the fact my car had no mufflers and the headlights are almost too dim to drive safely at night, and the company put it all on me to take care of and even said I’d have to pay for service for them to be repaired. I’ve been pulled over and threatened by the local police over it once and if I get a ticket will be sending it to patriot to pay.

They sold us a car in February that had not even entered their shop for inspection. The engine light came on when my husband pulled into the driveway. The TPMS light is on. The front tire on the passenger side has a cracked wheel so the tire doesn't stay aired up. The back door doesn't close properly so the lights stay on all the time. The tail lights quit working and can't seem to get them fixed we tried everything. The sunroof doesn't open.
Amazing customer service. They are very honest, I reached out about the truck in the picture, one wasn’t available on the listing so they texted me, multiple people were involved in providing the picture and information, very customer oriented. I didn’t buy the vehicle because the dealer is far away for me and the vehicle clearly is not drivable but definitely appreciate the honesty.
Got us approved with no problems with the payment we could afford and in the truck we wanted 💯 so very happy!

I took in my 2026 Rocky Ridge 2500 for first service. I asked about the recommended maintenance for the lift kit, assembly and added shocks and they knew nothing about it. They said they had someone that knew something about it before I left the truck with them. About 2 hours later they said it was ready. Drove over a hour paid high tolls after being told a vehicle would be there. Made a appointment to drive the vehicle. Get to Patriot to find out that car was "sent to auction" and none of the other listed vehicles were there. Was a switch and bait situation... I will not be returning and will advise others to not waste their time or hard earned money.
