DON’T RECOMMEND! Attempted to get a few things fixed and only had 2 out of the 4 things fixed even though I was told I would be getting it all done. Now I’m being asked to bring it back in to get a new quote? Ridiculous that they would mislead a customer and expect them to come back and spend more money.
PO455 keeps coming back up on my Buick I keep bringing back to get fixed..it keeps coming back up..I'm sick and going thru a lot with my health already I have spent $2,000.. trying to fix ..now I have to bring it again for the same check engine po455 again on Thursday and I'm starting to think either it is not getting fixed right or I got sold a lemon ...Levi was no help at all now I'm dealing with Alfred
Love our Chevy Colorado! Brett Pemberton went above and beyond for us. That meant a lot. Ben Evans not only made us feel at home, he kept us laughing so much. I’m very disappointed with this dealership. They make promises and then don’t come thru but in the end it was my fault. I should’ve walked away when I realized the promise was not kept. When I thought about taking it back things turned ugly so I feel like I’m stuck with a veh I don’t want anymore because of all the issues. I wouldn’t recommend going to this dealership. The salesman Isaac was nice but he didn’t say much in the process

Brett was a suburb salesman, listening to my wants and needs. Not pushy. We were traveling from Texas to Illinois and my car totally broke down, so had to buy another car! Very frustrating, but Brett offered us drinks and snacks while we waited for numbers and talking about other cars. Finally decided on another car and he helped us get to Gabriel in finance to finalize the deal. Gabriel was just as nice as Brett! For being stranded in an unfamiliar city, they made our stay enjoyable!
